That said, fasting, vitamin C, D, Zinc, Ivermectin, and Hydroxychloroquine help against the cold as well as the mrna jab. Melatonin, Iodine, aspirin, and various other things. At this point you should assume that the modern diet leaves you deficient in a wide variety of nutrients so supplementation will leave you healthier than the sheep regardless of what comes next.
