I don't have an hour to watch the video, but from the post title, "they're shutting down the internet":

Why go through the trouble to curate content and trap you, just to shut it down and free you?

They definitely use psychological tricks to manipulate how you're supposed to think. It just seems like a tool they wouldn't want to lose.

Tldr me on this?
