Of course. Why would anyone think there would be an ambulance available in Los Angeles County, with a population of only (at least) 10 million people.

But these days add in the crazy wait times ambulances have. And no doubt the firefighters get there first.
Can you link us to information on some of the "crazy wait times" for ambulances? This is very important.
