I agree. I suspect that ancient influences plus off-world sources have led this. We suspect that the elite have made bargains with more powerful entities, not supernatural but extraterrestrial. It has been masked and disguised as 'Satanism' but probably relates to genuine ETs - that way it can be deflected when someone gets too close to the truth. Of course this is likely why UFOs are covered up.
As for plan creation, my best guess is Tavistock Institute was involved, and they are physically right there around 'City of London' banking fortress.
The reset plan is probably behind why they are trying to take all guns away. They won't be able to impose an overnight conversion to a system that destroys assets of the people, not without a revolution. The traitors will of course turn government forces against holdouts - perhaps this is why they have been arming the IRS, in anticipation. I anticipate that rebels will refuse to buckle down to their system and will want to establish an alternative outside mainline banks and currency. However, since the new rulers will cut off communications of rebels that would be hard to do.
We are being socially re-engineered, the children being preconditioned to accept the new order and be obedient to social dictates.
It really will have to be a civil war on a large scale. Even so, we would be fighting against alien minds and traitors. Speaking of which, I now believe they will install Gavin Newsom as next president, and by cheating as usual.
