I noted the author is Katherine Tangalakis-Lippert. Who knows if there's any connection, but Julius Lippert was one of the original Nazis and Reichkommissar of Berlin.
After a quick review of his wiki page, I suspect he was a crypto-Jew and one of the small team sent by the Zionists into Germany which recruited the "true believers" like Hitler and Hess and Goebbels, and built the NSDAP.
