This reminds me of all the "oh, you can't trust the stock market" stuff going around when George W. Bush was trying to privatize social security.
For heavens sake, the mortgage back security fraud almost destroyed the global financial system, but some fraud happens with crypto currencies and the people come out of the woodwork to say "see I told you so." Well, I hate to tell you, it happens everywhere any with everything. There was even a huge price fixing scandal with high fructose corn syrup a couple years ago.
As if anyone with any brains put all their eggs in one basket.
I remember back when a bushel of bitcorn was only $32, and it looked like it was about to take off. Have followed it since, but I'd never put a dime into vaporware money.
Celsius is essentially a corrupt bank that did all the corrupt things banks usually do, just in an unregulated space. This is only tangentially related to crypto...the entire premise of crypto revolves around decentralization and self-custody to get away from these corrupt institutions and their scams. It does seem a lot of people didn't get that memo.
Incidentally: the guy who founded the company was one of (((them))), so this was completely predictable.
Perfect! Store of value. LOL! Still puking!
