Over 900 comments on video. Can't see them.
Just checked...I can't view any comments on youtube right now. Either a fetching issue on their side; an outdated browser on mine or another layer of censorship. Interesting nonetheless.
oh yea, the remove all comments from all posts feature. I wouldn't worry about it, clearly they are not working on some form of comment management layer.
It's not just this video.
It's a youtube wide bug I think.
Can't see any youtube comments at all, even tried non-political videos to be sure.

They either want to cause division or they are setting up a scapegoat.
