I don't know how technological Lesotho is, but I know South Africa has a strong start.
So it's the same thing. A whole segment of society rapidly advances, leaving a subculture behind, and that subculture can either learn to assimilate, eat itself or react violently toward those who've advanced.
Colonialism made them violent? India, southeast Asia, and the entire Western hemisphere were also colonized, why isn't a single nation from those regions ranked higher than Ethiopia, which was never colonized?
So you're just going to ignore the high murder rate and continue blaming everything on colonialism. Fine. I'll just lump you in with all the other woke progressives.
"Society advances" not by accident but through tremendous sacrifice and intentional effort. Blaming the people trying to help us improve for the actions of antagonistic subcultures is blaming the victim.
It's also a tool used by cultural Marxists to seize power from productive parts of society that they can use to push their selfish political agenda.

I just looked up Ethiopia, and they' seem to be advancing largely on their own.
I mean, if you're dead-set on finding a reason to discount someone just for the color of their skin, I'm not going to lift a finger to stop you.
...I'll just lump you in with them...
