What kinda bs apology is that? "May have caused" lol. They went along with orders when they got the notification to freeze and went along when they received the notification to unfreeze. The guy in the mail goes on to name the reason (not acting in accordance with the emergency measures) in such a nonchalant way, it's fair to assume they don't have an issue with what they've done or what the gouvernment decided was an appropriate response.

I had to look up RCMP... I was like, "Are the banks using some weird network protocol? Crackers would have a field day with that."
