How about the connection between police and the pride stuff?

The sleight of hand...Uniformity (unitas; the state of being one) equals Diversity (difference).

How do the few cover it up? By enacting uniformity as tyrannical sameness and diversity as degenerate sameness; which in return tricks the many to associate oneness with tyranny and differences with degeneracy.
