Call me a conspiracy theorist, but I think "They" are pushing (haha) you towards just buying cheap fentanyl on the street. Way less chance a doper leads the next revolution, and way better chance they get one less useless eater to worry about. I mean, the Democrats and RINOs went to all that trouble to keep the wall from being built because "the fent must flow!"
Or maybe they care about your health and safety and could not stand the thought of anything potentially harming you. (I can barely type that with a straight face.)

Not really, but it's been 10 years or so. Oxycontin is the only pain reliever that actually relieves pain. I'd swear by the stuff as long as you don't plan on doing anything. Have had Oxycodone too, and it was so worthless I threw it in the trash. Not only does nothing for pain, but also makes you feel ill.
codeine (opioid) works for me. I’m not prone to addiction, prob genetic, I don’t experience “episodes” when I don’t have it (other than pain), no shakes, etc. then again the gov/pub school sys has been poisoning me with adhd meds almost since birth and I’ve had atleast 50 military issued vax so who knows wtf that did. Covid, monkey pox, come get some of this blood, LOL.
But different formulations. I suppose I could have chipped pieces off of that Oxycodone tablet throughout the day. After the first few made me feel so awful I was just done. Granted, I had them for different incidents, but the one repeatedly made me feel awful, and the other worked exactly as promised.
...and that's only if you can get the doctor to prescribe you anything besides Tylenol and Ibuprofen. The opioid epidemic is caused by street fentanyl made by the cartel, then used as an excuse to make people in pain suffer.

That's what they say. In my experience of having both, the physical effects were very different.
