I think it's easier for me to see specifically because I see the difference between myself, and my children. I have a ginger mom. They have an African dad. Their skin tone is not anywhere a near mine, and racism is much worse than when they were ankle biters.
As an 80's child I would have told you a few short years ago that racism was mostly a thing of the past. Then the 1619 idiot, along org others brought it back in what used to be called reverse racism.
Now racism is thriving in both directions yet again.
And, my mother's father was a complete racist. As his mixed grandchild, I met him exactly one time.
