The reason why it sounds familiar is because it's mostly copy paste.
The first half, yes.
The second half, going over the pros and cons of his shopping list, is written with the same narrative voice.
In the way a Tom Clancy doesn't echo in your head the way a Stephen King does. In the way the monologues in the Dune books had different voices depending on the character thinking it.
It's the same voice, even the parts that aren't plagiarized (which I'm fully aware is like dozens of pages and not unsubstantial).

He's a faggot, drugged out zoomer who happened to come stoned to 4chan one day and was radicalized because reddit is so gay. Basically states he wants more gun laws and that will help his case. They likely won't get them though, if he's saying the government would forcibly round them up, then he's right. It could go down in his favor.
Because they work, there are very few weapons that are easier to use and more effective at killing than firearms, especially the Bushmaster XM-15 I will be using. The effect it would have on social discourse, the extra media coverage they would provide, and the changes to gun laws that will be pushed will all help my case.
