I have a funny. I applied for a remote engineering contract job with Intel. I'm expert in the needed engineering area. Their team was all Indian; I'm Caucasian-American. They interviewed me and turned me down then hired an Indian. Then they had to fire him due to incompetence. Now they are re-advertising for same job, not finding candidates. lol. The saying goes "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."
So true. I've seen it so much in Silicon Valley. All the major tech firms are loaded with this. Either Indian or Chinese workers, far fewer white Americans at grunt level. The HR departments are pretty corrupt.
I once ran a test. I create a gmail address with an Indian name, made a resume with an Indian name. For a triaI submitted my American resume through American gmail, and simultaneously an Indian resume with identical employment history via the Indian alias email.
Adobe answered the Indian one but not the American one. Their management is saturated with Indian execs.
Yeah, I get the same. Every day I get calls and emails from some Indian who doesn't speak understandable English, about jobs that don't fit my occupation.
I've found that New Jersey is the center of this kind of activity especially Edison NJ. This appears to be a cottage industry in a tiny area of the US no more than 30 miles square in NJ.
All of this is highy automated, so they use low-level clericals on the bottom who front inquiries prepared by AI software and then automatically emailed. There are three SW vendors in NJ who specialize in this SW and they sell it to dozens of 'pop-up' job agencies that aren't real. One vendor is Ceipalmm.
I used Google Maps to view agency-claimed street addresses and they are almost all fake sites with no company name on the front. Yet each one of their emails claims 'certified minority woman-owned business!'
The AI software combs job candidate databases such as DICE site and Linkedin, scrapes resumes, pulls keywords out, and if it finds any keyword that fits, they use that as excuse to email you with a job description they can later use in a government petition that candidates turned them down so their chartering corporation has to hire H1Bs or L1s. I now phone block NJ area codes to stop the fake calls, and email block all these agencies as spammers. It is a government-fostered HR racket btw.
What is it with the Indian workers? Most of them couldn't hold a screwdriver the right way around. It's as if they are intentionally destroying "American" companies: Intel, Boeing, Apple, Google, etc.
I work for a company affiliated with WEF. Even have Vanguard for retirement and company matches contribution. I stopped my 401k contribution to that as soon as I found out. Won't be there anyway. Would rather keep the difference and put it into precious metals like gold and silver and at least freeze some assets.
whenever I have to call a customer service line or whatever and I hear some hard to understand Indian voice on the other side...I just hang up and try again.

“Malicious destruction” would be the best phrase
I don't know "sabotage" but hide the facts is couvre fait, pronounced covfefe.

So you are supporting all the bullshit going on and the enslavement of yourself?
That will backfire. The time lag, communication, and LOYALTY factors all differ.

So, every time?
I actually still get a decent amount of clear English speaking ones. I'd say like 1 out of 5 I have to hang up on
