Many years ago when I watched his show, that douchebag globalist Fareed Zakaria posed the question: "How would you change the Constitution?"
I think he was fishing for the answer, "Let's just get rid of it!" But the question stuck with me. If I could only have one amendment to do the most good, what would it be? Took me years to think of it, but it's simplicity itself:
Any punishment up to and including the death penalty for warmongers.
As form (life) within flow (inception towards death); one represents the reacting form within the constant change of the enacting flow. CON (constant) STIT (set) -UTION (action).
Being moved represents the perceivable constitution (need); rules of behavior represent the suggested constitution (want or not want)...it's free will of choice to ignore perceived need (sustenance of life) for suggested want (temptation luring towards death).
