Not that I recall. I did have an interesting experience when I was 5. I was out running around the neighborhood by myself which was something a 5 year old could do in small town America at the time. I suddenly saw what looked like a tunnel or portal in this wooded lot. It was about 2 1/2 feet in diameter and looking up the tunnel it appeared pink and white and sort of "fleshy". I was overcome with the feeling that I shouldn't enter it and ran home. After about an hour I went back and it was gone.
Didn't relate that experience to a single soul until adulthood even though I wondered if my parents would know what it was. I would just get overwhelmed with a dark sense of foreboding if I thought about telling someone. Even as an adult I would enter a very depressive state during the handful of times I shared the experience.
There was a post on mysteriousuniverse.com that was similar to this. A hunter went through some kind of portal. Things changed from being night and cold in a forest to balmy tropical daytime. He managed to back out the way he came.
I think you made the right call not going through.
When I was a child, I had a fever
My hands felt just like two balloons
Now I’ve got that feeling once again
I can’t explain, you would not understand
This is not how I am.
–Pink Floyd, “Comfortably Numb”
Many times when I was a child (5 or 6 years old) Eventually faded as I grew older.
Did you ever look at your hands and questioned why you were here? I did that around that time when I was that age. I did that up to age 9.

Thanks, I'm gonna go look for that.
There's some great lines about that in a Pink Floyd song.
I'm curious exactly which that Pink Floyd song might be.
