yeah, I thought he was a bigger shareholder too. Was surprised to find out the top 5 as of January

the IPO was only 70m shares, so Elon has been buying up from private equity holders.

Personally I suspect he actually bought Morgan Stanley's share because his holding sounds the same as their reported holding in January
