My problem with the Mandela Effect is that I never believed or heard that Mandela died, so the name of the "Effect" on it's own seemed pretty specious to me. Also that it's a mix of changed events, minor spelling changes, logos changing, and lines in TV and movies.

Hey, I don't disagree. There's some weird stuff in there.
I still try to find plausible explanations for them though. Fruit of the Loom cornucopia was a strange one.
For April fools, they replaced their logo with the cornucopia version without any publicity or fanfare.
That's pretty bizarre.

The underwear conspiracies...
Like how men should probably not wear briefs.
Mormon undergarments.
The cornucopia ME. I'd add that from my experience FOTL got way crappier over time.
That's all I got off the top of my head.
It's real. Dolly has no braces is a rock solid example. The scene simply makes no sense without the braces.

The Mandela effect is working very well in the West. They're supporting Zelenskyy. While South Africa aren't.
There are some other big ones like some remember Statue of zliberty being on Ellis Island but later Liberty Island.
