how the hell is this NOT a declaration of war on russia? does the us or nato not have the balls big enough to finally do it? do they need a middleman to fight a proxy war? seems so...
The US is part of NATO, and member nations of NATO have borders with Ukraine, and Russia. The US has troops in member nations, so "helping facilitate transfer" of tanks might mean loading them onto flatbeds and handing someone the keys? The US got into WWII because FDR pushed the "arsenal of democracy". The hawks are pushing for war profits.
Why go so far back? The concept of countries economically supporting other countries war efforts is incredibly common. USA during WW2 supported Britain economically to a large degree before joining the war in the final years without the Axis powers declaring war. Go back to the revolution of the colonies France economically and sometimes directly militarily supported the colonies without a declaration of war from Great Britain. You are basically describing proxy wars which have been a staple of great powers throughout history. This is nothing new, post comes of as kind of ignorant of history honestly.
Country (region in which one resides) + Border (confined within bounds). Both represent allegory for balance aka the region within ones choice resides; is bound.
Furthermore; REGION, noun [Latin regio, rego; reg] - "move in a straight line" aka being form (life) within flow (inception towards death).
It's consent by the many to suggested borders that allows the few to define; redefine and contradict them.

sleezeball us
Squeeze your enemy and your allies dry and make all the money rebuilding after they destroyed them selves.
Worked wonders in 39-45
the u.s. and nato are reeeaaallyyyy pushing this
Money and promotion in wars
Old T-72s can also be painted with "Z" and used to commit war crimes against the civilian population and blame it on the Russians.
Looks like that is the MOD of DoD/CIA/NATO right now.
