Sounds about right.
They're everywhere and they detract from genuine victims. Instead everybody becomes a victim. Speech is faster policed.
Genuine victims are those getting hacked, pictures and information stolen, identity blackmailed, and and their online profiles completely trolled.
It isn’t a comment calling her a name.
