The Oscars are at the worst ratings in history. They've stopped making entertainment. Instead they slap themselves stupid for churning out woke political narratives for their yearly awards of it pays them even more to bullshit. Until almost everybody else has turned them off. The content mass-produced has been dreadfully declining for years. It has reflected into the blockbusters, they are also becoming dire. Producing titles like another Batman, it Rewokened. I cannot honestly say I have seen a good movie for years in former comparisons to anything prior to the present. I literally cannot even sit through most modern movies within the last 3 years, without a few very rare exceptions. But I will happily watch a black and white film again, decades of entertainment, almost anything prior to the modern blight of whatever this shit is.
But here they are, it's not broken yet, they just need another clown. It will sell whatever politics and narratives they're dabbling in.
