Putin gave a speech on March 16th, 2022. I want to find the speech in it's entirely either in text or video...and I can't. All I see are summarizations of what he said but I cannot find the actual first hand transcript or video of speech.
This is a common trend whereas the media is a filter for all information. It's become increasing difficult to find first hand documents, accounts, etc. without passing through the summarized lens of the corporate media.
Anyone have a link to Putin's complete, uninterrupted, speech?

Shortly, it is all about why Russians have to become poorer again and why there will be more control and surveillance. Nothing new.
