Yeah, now who's attacking... And of course, the supreme argument - "I'm right, look it up online". With debate skills like that on its side, it's a real mystery why religion has lost its relevance for practical matters, calendar or otherwise.
Nah, just got the "thread reached maximum depth" line from the site. Not that the conversation was going very far. But as for the other matter...
Who said it was Satanic?
It's the calendar observed by the people in charge of organized religion... which you called Satanists. Now, as with the matter of complaining about me attacking others while doing it yourself, I'd leave you to practice basic self-consistency. It might take a while, but I bet you just might get it right eventually.
Each of these things have historical meaning, and every calendar system has tradeoffs, taking up some benefits while giving up others. "December" is properly the 10th month counting from spring, which worked until the Romans decided to count from winter. Weekdays are intended to change with reference to annual dates so that we don't get bored with cookie-cutter months but have unique expressions of the same dates each year. (All earth-sun-moon positions are based on irrational numbers to keep us guessing.) If you want to get rid of the 7-day week so that weekdays can be more predictable by month or year, that's exactly what u/AngelofDeathToo wants to do too, you should look into the pros and cons of the proposal.
Well, I'm looking forward to hearing them... by all means... any day now...
You can't look online....
Wow...retarded!

This isn't a debate. You a professional debater or something? LOL
Yeah, makes TOTAL sense December being the 12th month.
And dates fall on different days every year.
It's brilliant, right?
So useful!

Sure, sure.
Not because the people in charge of organized religion are Satanists.
Bet you are a BIG fan of Pope Benedict, right?
Wah, look at the baby...
Can dish it out, but can't take it.
Can't live up to a standard you demand from others, now, can ya?
I bet you even celebrate Christmas on the 25th of December, Satanic calendar and all.
