What is a neo-Nazi in the context of Ukraine?
The German Nazi fought against Ukraine because it was part of the soviet union.
Na- means Nationalist, as in pro-Ukraine government
-Zi means Socialist, as in pro-Russia's form of government

I just don't have a working definition that makes any sense. Does neo-nazi just mean aggressive people with tattoos?
No literal Nazi groups wearing swastikas and SS lightning bolts like the Azov Battalion.
They claim to trace their origin back to Hitler's attempt to stir a Nationalist uprising in Ukraine in the late 1930's. Members of the German SS, I can't remember the name of the guys exactly, traveled to Ukraine to organize them. They were one of the elements that Stalin violently suppressed during the "Holodomor." The modern-day Azov Battalion (which is just one of many) actually credits this German SS nazi as their "father" or founder.
So its ABSOLUTELY literal nazis in the most direct possible sense you could get. Best I can tell they believe they are the survivors of the 3rd Reich tasked with winning the victory in 2022.
Its why I've been very carefully silent while everybody is going "We stand with the people of Ukraine." You cannot speak out against Ukraine right now without getting banned so for the moment its silence. I'm not going to be the one with egg on my face when it eventually all comes out that Ukraine was all nazis all the time all the way down.
I still can't imagine the end-goal of a Ukrainian Nazi.
In-narrative I have to side with Ukraine because it's their land and Russia shouldn't decide what labs and missiles and groups exist within it.
Out-of-narrative I can't side with either country. Ukraine has become corrupt pedo NWO. But "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" only holds true sometimes. When the US/CIA and Russia are the fork and knife both eating Ukraine, I can't side with either of them. Both aim toward the same goal.
Humanitarially, I have to side with the Ukrainian civilians who didn't ask for this. When William the Conquerer entered England, Edward the Exile hid his children in Kiev. England owes a return-favor.
Politically, I feel communism must devour other nations, so I'm against Russia. NWO oppresses people into forced harmony, so I'm against this as well.

You have to be really stupid to be a Nazi after WW2. I can't imagine what they are thinking either. Nazi sounds I suppose. Because if you think about it, there is no way this ends well for them. Thus they have to be too stupid or crazy to see that.
It goes without saying that the common little nobodies, the people of Ukraine deserve mercy. But the regime and its supporters, are the exact opposite of the heros they made out to be by the NWO press.
They have some militia groups rocking SS lightning bolt patches. NBC did a nice feel good story about the nazi militia teaching old ladies to shoot AKs. They left out the part about them being nazis with plainly visible SS patches.
I think people are confusing what exactly made the Nazi evil and are only pretending the Ukrainian freedom fighters possess those same ideals.
If they were legit German Nazis then they'd kill themselves. If they were Socialists then they'd side with Russia. If they are antisemites then they would have been active before Russia annexed Crimea. If they were White Nationalists then they would see Russia as brothers and accept the merger.
They are simply men defending their homeland from a foreign invader. (Then we can talk about how NATO provoked the invasion and how Russia's hand was also forced.) But I'm still not seeing any reason other than rumors to call the Ukes Nazi.
Invasion.
Not occupation. Not operation. Those are only terms reserved for when The Good Guys™ liberate a country.
