Why would you think she is making an exact measurement of the blood? She said "like 8 gallons". A woman can't even estimate the distance from here to the grocery store, she sure as heck can't estimate how much blood is drawn from her as it is happening.
She's insane, but I think (((they))) and her family made her that way. I definitely don't believe shit like taking over a gallon a day of blood on average for four months though.

Maybe they were recirculating her blood rather than removing it altogether. Maybe she was bathing in blood, related to her earlier baths comment. Maybe the quantity of blood has to do with some kind of rituals she was undergoing. Maybe the number 8 gallons and week (7) has to do with some numerology.
As conspiracy observers we should try to think past the first thing that pops into mind as that's usually not the "correct answer."
