She didn't say they took 8 gallons of blood weekly. There's no context around it.

Lots of possibilities, though I have no idea what it means.

Maybe they were recirculating her blood rather than removing it altogether. Maybe she was bathing in blood, related to her earlier baths comment. Maybe the quantity of blood has to do with some kind of rituals she was undergoing. Maybe the number 8 gallons and week (7) has to do with some numerology.

As conspiracy observers we should try to think past the first thing that pops into mind as that's usually not the "correct answer."
