Anyone familiar with my contributions here knows that I believe this forum is under sustained attack, so of course advocating Democracy will get downvoted by the attackers. If you go through my history, you will see that I have created text posts that get downvoted right out of the gate to prevent them from reaching the front page.

Authoritarian governments sometimes allow minority ethnic groups to have undue power over the majority. Democracies defend the rights of minorities. The point I am trying to make with those facts is that cheating to win is actually a loss as the people put into office that way are no longer accountable to anyone, majority or minority. As if they will work to the benefit of the useful idiots after there's no way they can be removed from office by them.
