No, i’m not aware of that at all, I haven’t heard what axo said about it or even looked into it extensively, I had no idea what was happening. I thought they were protesting extraction to the mainland (china) and that they could just be arrested and taken to china for posting winnie pooh memes and lost all of their legal protections as citizens of an SAR. Was it some soros funded bullshit or what?
And in Asia apparently you STILL need to mask by mandate.

I even saw then ACTIVELY coordinating it and CNN/Ted Cruz/Hillary were openly supporting it.
Thank you, yeah i’ll look into it a bit more. I know relatively little about HK/CHN relations Outside of the opium wars and the transition in 1999.
As far as tactics go though, it seemed wildly effective:
Umbrellas, one-time use disposal transit tickets paid with cash, leave your cell at home, the teargas-cone thing.
A lot of the yellow vest demonstrations in France also had some new effective techniques.
I don’t really protest though, lol, not since 2011–it’s just part of my fascination with tactics and cultural anthropology.
