No. These people don't have thoughts. They have narratives installed into them through social programming, so they don't ever experience cognitive dissonance, and in the rare case that they do they'll just say, "yeah but that's different," and flush it down the memory hole.
That would imply that they're doing any sort of critical thinking which is directly contradictory to them being ideologists to begin with.
