I've heard this argument and believe it but as someone unfamiliar with the technical aspects - is it possible I could observe this for myself? A YouTube channel explaining the manipulation through charts?

In the past I've read so many discussions of this on ZeroHedge and other places. But I don't have a link to give right now. But many columnists have recognized it and discussed it.
