Russia easily could do a lot of wonderful and useful things.
Problem is that NWO shills and thieves who occupied Russia and establish our totalitarian state don''t want to do any of them.
They don't want to test something for GMO, they don't care about people at all. They just need an law-like excuse for more bribes and tax payer money allocation they could steal, that's all.
Again - find an expensive western property that belongs to relatives or friends of top bureaucrats of Ministry of Agriculture and it will be the only result of that law.
I am fucking with you. You are making a conspiracy out of this. I do also realise that presumably in some places any testing could be behind the international distribution which would check that label. For the sake of domestic produce that farmer's market with uncle Boris's wonder slav, he can now get sentenced for GMO cabbages. It might take some time to nick him. Poor Boris might not get a trophy this year.
