No, it's the dumbing down of opposition. Where they don't pay people to think. Thinking requires, analysts not providing this opinion because it wouldn't be authorised outside of the chain of command. Instead they pay them for a narrative. And on an opposition channel it's programmed too, to heckle and bleat.
Nothing happens by accident because there are no coincidences, there are only situations to exploit or be exploited. How long does this go back?

In answer to the question, nobody wants war. But it also creates opportunity. However this situation would only address regardless, infact it risks accidental conflict the longer it plays out.
