Fauci and Gates say they wanted to rush the vax through, and Trump made it so for them.
Trump didn't lock us down? Do you recall that Sweden showed balls and thought for themselves proving what we all know, that every nation that locked down did so by the choice of their country's leader. Sweden chose not to lock down and so could the US but Trump decided to lock us down.

I did find satirical news and false reports of a nationwide lockdown in the United States. It's not real.
As for your other claim, using modern bioinformatics to accelerate the medical response to the COVID-19 pandemic had nothing to do with Joe Biden's upcoming (fraudulent) term, nor the NWO cabal, at least in my view.
And thinking even deeper, is Donald Trump really a Twitter troll? Maybe I've been battle-hardened, but my bar for detecting trolling is higher than that.
