Every great magic trick consists of three parts or acts. The first part is called "The Pledge". The magician shows you something ordinary: a deck of cards, a bird or a man. He shows you this object. Perhaps he asks you to inspect it to see if it is indeed real, unaltered, normal. But of course... it probably isn't. The second act is called "The Turn". The magician takes the ordinary something and makes it do something extraordinary. Now you're looking for the secret... but you won't find it, because of course you're not really looking. You don't really want to know. You want to be fooled. But you wouldn't clap yet. Because making something disappear isn't enough; you have to bring it back. That's why every magic trick has a third act, the hardest part, the part we call "The Prestige".
Except in Clown World, there is no bringing it back... their prestige is globalism and the subjugation of all remaining humans.
Wasn't this fake window projecting a picture of the White House grounds in all of it's summer greenery in the autumn? They can't manage a new seasonal picture? If Saturday Night Live wasn't so lefty, they could have a field day with this.
I think they've stopped pretending that the Eisenhower Building stage oval office set is actually in the WH. They probably think that they need to kiss up to the MSM by giving them seats, even though it turns the presidency into a clown show.
He is a purposeful distraction, a magicians trick. Pay attention to him and you will miss how the trick is played on you.

About supply chains. Mayhaps they think its cute to change the window to match the theme.

It's probably an LED screen on the set.
Stringing you along throwing Q crumbs...
It's to mock you. About the coming food shortages and crash in general because the transport ships aren't allowed to unload.
Is that suposed to be a container ship?
He is the magicians distraction. Keep paying attention to him and miss the real magic trick. Do NOT fall for the shiny objects. Walk away.
