Even with 70% of the entire country "fully vaccinated" ie 2 doses, and 30% triple vaxxed it has made absolutely no difference to the number of cases.
Yes it did make a difference. From June up until now, cases have been significantly higher than the same time last year.
It only goes up when governors want them to.
