Didn't sound like his voice at all, and his cadence was much too smooth, wasn't stammering at all.

I was thinking the same.

Although I have noticed people losing their voice recently (although Biden still has his-- its just deeper & with the occassional cough). My friends were vaccinated so assumed they just had allergies, but their tests came back positive.
