Nowdays, theoretically, a human could survive without any strong ties to authorities, just moving into the rural area, going off-grid and growing own food. After not-a-vaccines completely destroy his immune system, he will not be able to resist usual pathogens in the rural area and will have to periodically get that substances from the authorities. In last years you could see a tendency of moving out of cities to rural areas. Modern technologies allow people who live in rural areas have even better life quality than in cities. And rural population is much harder to control. Also, living rural make you based very fast. No elite want to have a based and uncontrolled population. So, covid agenda is to return the control back or make it absolute.

Or the vaccines are a goalpost and they are going to fabricate as much ghost cases as they could to justify the "Final Solution" to the "Impure" (As in the Pol Pot ideology) -- basically they plan on locking you down as much as they could until the depression, suicides, starvation and quarantine camps will take out many and destroy the rest.
