It’s been moved to the 6th circuit but it’ll eventually be sent to the Supreme Court which is made up of fake actors and abortionists.

Hey man, I’m not a doomer and I acknowledge this is a big move but I’m also keeping expectations realistic. We have legit doomers here on the forums and I’m not one of them.
All I know is now perhaps hundreds of thousands or even millions who have been holding out can point to this to save their jobs and their health. I don't know what the ultimate outcome is, but for NOW this is a massive win.
I’m with you there. Thought I was going to get fired in December because of this but not anymore. Only wish this was done for the federal level because the armed forces are rejected effectively all exemption requests on the basis of mission readiness.
