Yes. I've followed this for 25 years and there is a lot of public known, and covert military, technology. A question is how we can detect when some of it is being used. I'm of the opinion that we are in an asymmetric weather war by China to damage the US. A fringe researcher, Tom Bearden, was and maybe is of the opinion that Russia was doing it to us, but I think China is far more probable, and maybe using stolen US technology for it. Interestingly there has been zero mention in any press of any Chinese HAARP, but I'm strong guessing it exists.
I think it's happening here in germany as well, or its some kind of fallout from all the weather manipulation fuckery. We used to get proper winters here in north-east germany. Heck in 94 or 95 OR 96, can't remember which year exactly but i was a wee one, the Warnow, a river that runs through my small city/large town, and part of the baltic coastline froze over. Winter's been getting warmer and warmer for years up here.

My advice is to buy future beachfront property in Iceland where they will build expensive resorts with palm trees after the Big Melt.
Wouldn't Iceland go the way of Beleriand when the big melt occurs?
