But seriously, the messaging here is stay within the Overton window at all times or your friends and family will cut all ties with you.
If they cut ties with you on the authority request/action/propaganda, I doubt they are your real friends and family. Real ones don't do that. Don't mind, find another friends and family, real one, who will never cut ties with you if some dumb and corrupted bureaucrat want them to do so.
Precisely! This kind of propaganda preys upon those social fears.
