Funnily enough, that doesn't creep me out as much as https://ibb.co/Sr4PFwG does. (around 30 sec in).
Edit: does this one look particularly gooey to anyone else? https://ibb.co/8N2gNM6 (time stamp 1:23)
(Shudder)
Ha, that was my first thought. He looks like the Joker.
the smile just after is totally bizarre too - totally unnatural, like it's a digital addition
What, your face doesn't do this when you say the word "entire"?
Yes! I've noticed similar in several videos -- seriously creepy.
I just want to point out, for those who think that we would never have a country run by proxy with Joe being a figurehead due to illness, that historically this has happened before. Woodrow Wilson suffered stroke, and basically his wife was president for many, many months as Wilson was unable to fill the role of his office.
So much for the 25th amendment I guess.
Woodrow Wilson was president before the 25th was passed. They passed that after Truman was president. First, there was no method to replace a VP after the VP became president, an that's when they prevented a 3rd term after FDR. They threw that odd provision in there about incapacitation as well, planning ahead I guess.
Whoa.. the eye goes from all black back to blue. wtf
source video...starts at 25 secs in (watch at .25 speed).
Didn't kamala have a similar thing with black eyes and a goofy smile around the same time?
I grabbed a meme July 20 2020 with a screenshot but don't have the original video saved, so somewhere around that date.
What's with the purple suit anyway.
I think they are trying to invoke a Joker archetype.
There's a far simpler explanation: that asymmetric facial droop would indicate some kind of recent stroke.
Does stroke make eyelids flutter and your coat shift?
Oh that's wild... did not see that on my phone, but blown up on the laptop it comes through loud and clear.
That's just an artifact of video compression.
gee who else has done this

Someone's making this obvious on purpose. Deepfake glitches don't look like this.
