You sure? African American communities are all avoiding the vaccine, and they're about 70 IQ on average.
The blacks around me are smart as hell. None of them believe this BS.

I got my staunch reefer madness boomer Dad laughing earlier tonight when I inadvertently told him for the first time ever that I've done drugs before (I'm 40). Was telling him about my brother and the horse paste (see my post history), "what do you do in black market prohibition? It's not like it's my first time buying illegal substances, I've been to college".
What I really find rich are the old-school anti-drug alcoholics. Those aren't all that many these days.
Shoot, I knew a girl (that I went to a U2 concert with as a teen), who had a rant on Facebook about teachers that smoke weed. This was nearly directly after a post where she had an assortment of pictures of her drinking (a LOT) at a Halloween party in a racy devil outfit. And she was a teacher to boot. Hilarious.
I don't even think I talked to her again after the U2 concert LOL. Maybe I'm better at reading people than I think.

Since IQ occurs on a bell curve, if the 50 percentile occurs at IQ 70, then half of them are below that number and thus suffering from mental retardation (1 in 2). This number does not meet anyone's real life experience with Black people.
These numbers are probably based on Richard Lynn's work. You'll be laughed at by psychometricians if you were to employ the methods he did in his work to determine a country's IQ. Even the relation of IQ to intelligence is debated, though IQ does correlate with many things that are socially considered to be "successes".
If you insist, keep in mind this same work also shows white people are "inferior" to Asians in terms of "IQ".
Fuck them either way. If it would have gone right for them they'd be vilifying those who didn't get it.
