Or just change the rules by announcing decade long lockdowns instead.
Tsk, tsk tsk...so close...but too bad we have this "Taurus Covid-19" mutant that basically mandates a lockdown for one month until "the virus is wiped out".
Any vaccine passports will be moot by then.
