I drove past Comet Ping Pong yesterday and it reminded me of pizza gate, which i never got to deep into. What was the deal with the media saying there was no basement but then people saying they were lying and there is proof of a basement. I cant find any basement proof.

I saved the instram photos of them digging a hole through broken concrete. If i remember I'll try to find it when im home. I think it had related hash tags too
Someone looked up work permits for the time period those photos were taken, and there wasn't one for Comet... meaning they were illegally modifying their building. So on the official blueprints there might not be a basement, but they possibly dug one.

While Comet Ping Pong did play a part, Pizzagate was in reference to the leaked emails of John Podesta and others who used codewords to communicate, one of which was Cheese Pizza (CP), which is a slang term used by pedophiles for Child P_rn_graphy.
FWIW, the terms they used made no sense if taken at face value, so it's obvious they were using slang / code words.
