Ok so clearly jews are heavily involved. My question: Is there anyone above them that goes under the radar or are they at the very top? They seem like such an easy scapegoat at this point given how transparent they are.

I think the ones who go above them are also Jewish, but are not exactly peasantry Jews. For example The Rothschilds and all the bigger families are Jewish but they share their power and are secondary to the religious power represented by the Sanhedrin council.
