So what’s the lead in to the American Civil War here? For instance I think there’s a connection to the outcome of that was and the federalization of the currency which was a lead up to the Federal Reserve Act.

Even though Europa is a great and insightful documentary and even though when you listen to Hitlers words and delivery he actually seems like the real good guy in all of this, I think they were probably all just actors - Hitler, Stalin, Churchill and Roosevelt - trying to genocide Europe by feeding tens of millions into the threshing machine. They all did their bit to rile up their people to sacrifice themselves and to obliterate each other.
In this way, I think that France - far from being cowards - probably knew what was going down and made absolutely the correct decision.
