At least published RNA attributed to SARS-CoV-2 is definitely artificial, US and China "scientists" published enough joint papers about methods of creation such things to suspect them. But there are still no proof SARS-CoV-2 exists. Also, there is absolutely no proof that if SARS-CoV-2 exists, it is a cause of ilness named COVID.
So, it is too boldly to say that COVID is engineered by US and China. :)

Why was Russia excluded from a joint virus project?
I don't know. May be high risk of leaking information (Russians often don't care about signed NDA, especially if there is something important), may be low technology level of Russia, or may be they are really not excluded at all, especially if you take a closer look at all that "make harmless vaccine in a month" crap. In any case Russia is a member of WHO and have to obey their "recommendations".
