So, since he was born in Hawaii on US soil, to a citizen mother, so according the most recent interpretation of the 14th Amendment, he is a native born citizen. Why didn't he release it, what's the big deal?
My mistake for not looking at the top. If he was born in Kenya, but only to one Citizen parent, then he was not a natural born citizen. I believe both parents have to be citizens for natural born status if kid is born on foreign soil.

His dad was not a citizen at the time of the birth, but mom was. However, all it takes is being born on US soil, which according to this, he was.
