My mistake for not looking at the top. If he was born in Kenya, but only to one Citizen parent, then he was not a natural born citizen. I believe both parents have to be citizens for natural born status if kid is born on foreign soil.

His dad was not a citizen at the time of the birth, but mom was. However, all it takes is being born on US soil, which according to this, he was.
