Operation Starfall (I believe that is what it is called) is active in like 3 weeks. This apparently allows the military to send up balloons with communications satellite tech "in case" the grid goes down. Rumors this is a potential planned false flag.
You're missing the how. Potentially here is the how.
It would have nothing to do with Covid and the other guys will just "Watch America Suffer" like they did in 9/11.
The false flag MUST be Covid related to ensure the complete and silent destruction of the current order.
Republicans engaging in Civil War against America is more likely as an incentive.
